Who We Are

My name is Rick. I am from germany and investing in multifamily houses since 1997.
Since then I invested a lot of money into capital improvements from multifamily houses in germany.
This helped me to gain knowledge about construction work. Experience helps a lot.

In the US I am investing in Jacksonville, Florida. It is a nice city and remembers me a littel bit on my hometown (40 years ago- a little bit behind, but with potential). 

In Jacksonville I will concentrate on the condition of the managed buildings as well.
This is part of my responsibility to the historical district I am investing in.
